We are ready and eager to welcome you all to the Bergeron Center of Engineering Excellence at York University for our exciting 2-day workshop.
Here are a few important details to keep in mind;

Free Workshop and Dinner: The workshop is completely free, including a dinner on Thursday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schulich Executive Dining Room, located right on the York University campus.

Location: The workshop will be held at 11 Arboretum Lane, North York, ON M3J 2S5. The exact room is on the first floor (BRG 125) upon entering the building through the main entrance. Please refer to the picture of the building below for easier identification.
- Registration and Welcome Coffee: Registration starts at 9:00 AM. Please ensure you arrive on time to register and enjoy the welcome coffee before the opening remarks.

Presentation Materials: If you have your presentation materials ready, please send them to us (sboakyey@yorku.ca / reuel@my.yorku.ca) in advance to ensure they are pre-loaded and ready for your session.
- Directional Signs: There will be signs directing you to the venue right from the entrance, ensuring you can easily find your way.
- Parking: For those driving, there is a paid parking garage right beside the building. Please be prepared for the parking fee which can be paid online using the Honk App.

Technical Support: Our technical team will be available throughout the workshop to assist with any AV or technical issues.

Lab Tour: There will be a lab tour on the first day at 4:40 PM for those interested.
- Networking: Take advantage of the networking opportunities during coffee breaks and the dinner. This is a great chance to connect with fellow experts and discuss potential collaborations.
- Meals and Refreshments: In addition to dinner on Thursday, lunch and coffee breaks will be provided on both days of the workshop.
- Wi-Fi Access: Free Wi-Fi will be available at the venue. Login details will be provided upon registration.
- Emergency Contact: In case of any emergencies, please contact the event coordinators immediately.
- Accessibility: The venue is fully accessible. If you have any specific accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.
